How does Anywhere, Anywhere Technology Work
The primary method to deliver digital ads precisely to a targeted individual is to use the IP address associated with their physical location, e.g. a home or apartment AND it only works while the person is "at home."
When a phone is connected to a cellular network, it continually checks the signal strength of nearby towers and communicates that information to the network. In theory, when a phone’s connection to a cell tower drops below signal strength of a nearby one, the network should switch the phone to the new tower and obtains a new IP address, negating the ability to connect with that individual.
Fortunately, our brilliant engineering team have solved the problem and "anywhere, anytime" was born.
